Bang not fizzle

Given the amount of work put into getting a course accredited it is surprising that so little guidance is given to participants on completing their assignments. Particularly when assignments identify where participants are in their learning and where they need to go to develop their understanding further. If we give participants an opportunity to reflect on how they have applied their learning and feedback on how they have communicated it within their assignment. They will be more successful – not just in completing the course but in embedding their learning into their professional/ management activities. Benefiting both the individual and the organisation.
